摘要:
实验室作为科学研究平台,承担着医学研究、成果转化的重要任务,临床专科实验室绩效考核是医院科教考核的重要组成部分。遵循医院科教管理部门出台的积分制绩效奖惩标准,制定了医院专科实验室积分制绩效考核方案,包括科研产出、实验室规划和成果转让。实验室积分制绩效考核方案应用后已取得一定成效,但仍存在实验室使用率低、科研工作连续性不强等问题,下一步将及时调整绩效考核指标。
Abstract:
Laboratory, as a scientific research platform, carries the important task of medical research and achievement transformation, and the performance assessment of clinical specialist laboratory is an important part of hospital science and education assessment. In accordance with the performance reward and punishment standards of the point-based system issued by the science and education management department of the hospital, the performance appraisal scheme of the point-based system of hospital specialized laboratories was formulated, including scientific research output, laboratory planning and achievement transfer. Some achievements had been made in the performance appraisal scheme of the laboratory point system, but there were still some problems, such as low utilization rate of the laboratory and weak continuity of scientific research, and the next step would be timely adjust the performance appraisal indicators.
