摘要:
目的构建适用于麻醉恢复室的护理质量评价指标体系，为监测麻醉护理质量提供依据。方法基于文献调研法初步构建麻醉恢复室护理质量评价指标体系框架，采用半结构访谈法初步构建指标体系，通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询确定护理质量评价指标体系。结果两轮函询专家积极系数分别为90.9%、100%，权威系数为0.838，第一轮变异系数波动在0.044～0.209，第二轮变异系数波动在0～0.297。最终构建的麻醉恢复室护理质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标和49个三级指标。结论本研究构建的麻醉恢复室护理质量指标体系具有较好的适用性和科学性，能够客观反映麻醉恢复室护理质量内涵，但仍需开展实证研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct a nursing quality evaluation index system suitable for post anesthesia care unit, and to provide evidence for quality monitoring of anesthesia care. MethodsThe frame of nursing quality evaluation index system in anesthesia recovery room was initially constructed based on literature research method, and the index system was initially constructed by semi-structured interview method. The nursing quality evaluation index system was determined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.ResultsThe positive coefficient of the two rounds of inquiry experts was 90.1% and 100%, the authoritative coefficient was 0.838. The coefficient of variation of the first round fluctuated between 0.044 and 0.209, and that of the second round fluctuated between 0 and 0.297. Finally, the evaluation index was constructed as three levels, including three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 49 third-level indicators. Conclusion The nursing quality index system in this study was reliable and scientific, which can objectively reflect the connotation of post anesthesia care unit. However, empirical research is still needed.
