摘要:
目的分析安徽省三级医院心血管专科医疗服务能力现状，为完善区域内医疗服务体系提供参考。方法基于安徽省心血管内科、心脏大血管外科省级质控中心的基线调查，采用描述性统计学方法对相关数据进行整理、归类和分析。结果调查的45家三级医院共开放心血管内科床位4 458张、心脏大血管外科床位1 279张；心血管专科医护人员与实际开放床位之比未达到标准要求；有37家医院设备老化或数量不够，不能满足临床需求；有14家医院创建了胸痛中心；区域间心血管内科、心脏大血管外科服务能力存在差异。结论安徽省医疗资源配置不均衡，人力资源相对短缺，心血管疑难危重症诊疗能力相对不足。建议结合实际，优化心血管专科医疗资源配置；健全配套政策，减少患者外流；鼓励和引导多方参与医疗市场。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the capability of cardiovascular specialized medical service in tertiary hospitals in Anhui province, and to provide reference for improving regional medical service system.MethodsBased on the baseline survey of Provincial Quality Control Center of Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and Department of Cardiovascular Surgery in Anhui province, descriptive statistics was used to sort out, classify and analyze the data.ResultsThere were 4 448 beds in Cardiovascular Medicine Department and 1 279 beds in Cardiovascular Surgery Department in 45 tertiary hospitals. The ratio of cardiovascular specialists' staff to the actual open beds in 45 hospitals was not up to the standard requirement.37 hospitals could not completely meet the clinical needs because of the aging or insufficient equipment. 14 hospitals had established chest pain centers. There was difference in the service capacity of cardiovascular medicine and cardiac macrovascular surgery between regions.Conclusion The allocation of medical resources was not balanced in Anhui province, the human resources were relatively short, and the diagnosis and treatment ability of complicated cardiovascular and critical diseases was relatively low.It was suggested to optimize the allocation of cardiovascular medical resources in combination with practice, improve supporting policies to reduce outflow of patients, encourage and guide various parties to participate in the medical market.
