摘要:
阐述用药和用血安全管理的意义，分析用药和用血安全中常见的风险点，探讨在临床诊疗过程中确保用药和用血安全的具体措施及效果体会，预防意外伤害，保障患者安全。
Abstract:
The significance of the safety management of medication and blood use was elaborated, the common risk points in medication and blood use were analyzed.The specific measures and effects to ensure the safety of medication and blood use in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment were discussed, so as to prevent accidental injuries and ensure the safety of patients.
