摘要:: 近年来，随着政府对信息公开工作的重视，各级行政机关先后出台了与信息公开相关法律法规，公众信息公开的意识也在不断增强。公立医院档案部门面临着新的机遇和挑战。文章从档案工作人员观念、制度规范层面的新要求和档案管理实践方面阐述了信息公开对医院档案工作的影响，分析了医院档案服务利用工作中存在的问题，并提出改进对策

Abstract:: In recent years, with the government's emphasis on information disclosure, administrative agencies at all levels have issued relevant laws, regulations and policies on information disclosure, and the public's awareness of information disclosure has also been continuously strengthened. The hospital archives department is facing new opportunities and challenges. This paper expounded the influence of information disclosure on hospital archives management from the concept of archivists, the new requirements of system norms and the practice of hospital archives management, analyzed the problems existing in hospital archives utilization, and put forward improvement measures
