摘要:
目的探讨PDCA循环在提升公立医院党建质量中的应用。方法在院党建质量提升过程中引入PDCA循环理论，收集基础党建质量检查中存在的问题，分析原因，制订计划；通过完善组织架构，明确职责要求，健全党务干部培训机制，建立党建考核评价机制，认真督导落实党委-总支-支部三级管理体系；整理、汇总考核结果，检验党建质量管理效能。结果提升了基层党务干部政治理论水平和业务能力，提高了支部基础党建质量，实践了党建引领助推学科发展。结论在公立医院党建质量提升过程中引入PDCA循环，通过发现问题、分析原因、制订计划、实施、检查、处理等一系列措施，能有效提升公立医院党建质量，实现党建与学科建设的双一流发展
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application of PDCA cycle in improving the quality inspection of party construction in public hospitals. MethodsPDCA cycle theory was introduced into the process of improving the quality of hospital party construction. Problems existing in the quality inspection of basic party construction were collected, causes were analyzed and plans were made. By improving the organizational structure, clearing responsibility requirements, improving the training mechanism of party cadres, establishing the evaluation mechanism of party construction, the three-level management system of party committee, general branch and branchwas carefully supervised and implemented.The assessment results were collated and summarized to test the quality management effectiveness of party construction. ResultsIt had improved the political theoretical level and professional ability of grassroots party cadres, improved the quality of basic party construction of party branches, and practiced party construction leading and boosting the development of disciplines.Conclusion The introduction of PDCA cycle in the process of improving the quality of party construction in public hospitals can effectively improve the quality of party construction in public hospitals and achieve the double first-class development of party construction and discipline construction by identifying problems, analyzing causes, making plans, implementing, inspecting and dealing with a series of measures
