摘要:
目的基于DRGs指标，运用加权综合指数法评价手术科室的医疗质量，为医院绩效改革考核提供参考依据。方法应用加权综合指数法从医疗质量、医疗效率、医疗强度和医疗安全四个维度，选择8个KPI指标，抽取某医院17个手术科室的医疗质量进行综合评价；通过专家评分法确定指标权重。结果该院2018年手术科室医疗质量前3位依次是C、F、G，排名后3位的科室依次是Q、O、H，综合评价结果与医院绩效改革结果基本吻合。结论基于DRGs的加权综合指数法的评价结果与该院实际相符，应用与操作简单，能为医院绩效改革提供参考
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for the hospital performance reform, the weighted comprehensive index method based on DRGs index was used to evaluate the medical quality of surgery departments.MethodsThe weighted comprehensive index method was used to select 8 KPI indicators from the four dimensions of medical quality, medical efficiency, medical intensity and medical safety, and extract the medical quality of 17 surgical departments of a hospital for comprehensive evaluation. The index weight was determined by expert scoring method.ResultsIn 2018, the top three surgical departments of highest medical quality were C, F and G, and the last three departments were Q, O and H. The comprehensive evaluation results were basically consistent with the hospital performance reform. Conclusion The evaluation result of weighted comprehensive index method based on DRGs was consistent with the actual situation of the hospital. The method was simple to apply and operate, which can provide powerful reference for the reform of hospital performance
