借助医疗联合体优势,推进分级诊疗服务体系建设,可以建立上下联动的分工协作机制。基于医技检查预约存在问题,结合实地调研结果与实际需求,设计并建立医技检查电子预约系统,优化了医技检查预约流程,有效地缩短了患者检查等候时间,提高了社区医院医技检查水平,使中心医院优质医疗资源下沉,为分级诊疗落地奠定了良好基础
Abstract:
By virtue of the advantages of medical consortium, the construction of hierarchical medical service system can be promoted and the up and down linkage division of labor cooperation mechanism can be established. Based on the problems existing in medical technology examination appointment, the electronic medical technology examination appointment system was designed and established in combination with the field research results and actual needs, and the medical technology examination appointment process was optimized. It has effectively shortened the waiting time of patients, improved the level of medical technology examination in community hospitals, sunk the high-quality medical resources in central hospitals, and laid a good foundation for the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment
