摘要:
医疗质量安全不良事件管理有助于提升医疗机构风险防控能力和患者安全水平。Z省构建并完善了医疗质量安全不良事件报告体系,包括规范报告范围及内容,制订主动报告机制,构建省级—院级—科室三级管理组织架构,搭建省级不良事件信息化管理平台,通过反馈与学习机制实现质量管理改进。体系应用后,医疗机构主动报告意识增强,不良事件上报数量逐年增多,地区间报告水平差距逐年缩小。还需加强数据智能化管理,优化报告流程,强化安全文化建设,以推动不良事件管理体系的持续改进。
Abstract:
The management of medical quality and safety adverse events contributes to enhancing the risk prevention and control capabilities and improving patient safety levels of medical institutions. Province Z has established and improved a reporting system for medical quality and safety adverse events, which includes standardizing the scope and content of reports, formulating an active reporting mechanism, constructing a three-level management organizational structure at the provincial, hospital, and departmental levels. A provincial-level information management platform for adverse events was built, from which quality management improvements will be achieved through feedback and learning mechanisms. After implementation, medical institutions have shown an increased awareness of active reporting, with the number of reported adverse events increasing year by year, and the differences of reporting levels among regions narrowing annually. Further efforts are needed to strengthen intelligent data management, optimize reporting processes, and reinforce safety culture construction to promote the continuous improvement of the adverse events management system.
