摘要:
标准的实施效果评价是实现标准全生命周期管理的必要环节。以北京市地方标准《急救工作站配置规范》实施效果评价为核心，围绕标准推广过程，探讨了标准运行的管理实践，包括网络宣传推广、组织宣贯培训、构建标准化建设指标、以“挂图作战”推进标准化建设等，为标准有效实施与持续优化提供了参考，为推进院前医疗急救标准化建设提供了思路。
Abstract:
Evaluating the implementation effect of standards is a necessary component of achieving full lifecycle management of standards. Focusing on the evaluation of the implementation effect of the Beijing local standard Specification for Setting up of First Aid Station, this paper explores the management practices in standard execution surrounding the standard promotion process. These practices include online promotion and publicity, organizing training sessions for standard dissemination and implementation, establishing standardized construction indicators, and advancing standardized construction through a "battle plan with visual charts" approach. This provides a reference for the effective implementation and continuous optimization of the standard, as well as insights for promoting the standardized construction of prehospital emergency medical.
